Patch-TEA app use
Tap Welcome to Patch-TEA to load the Treatment screen. Allow Patch-TEA to turn on the Bluetooth, if requested.
Tap Search Device and wait for popup Bluetooth searching ... to disappear. If you get a notification to turn on Permissions-Location-Always, tap OK to go to Settings, where you can tap on Permissions, then tap on Location, select Allow all the time, then press the left arrow at the top three times to go back to Patch-TEA app.
If your Patch-TEA device is nearby and turned on, you will see it listed as TRI PATCH TEA. Tap Connect and wait for popup Device connection to disappear. The button will change to Disconnect and the arch above the device image will change from white to green-red. If your device is made in 2025, you will be asked for a pairing code, please enter 6 digits "201812". You are now connected with the Patch-TEA device.
You cannot modify any stimulation parameters (except for amplitude) on the phone! On the tablet, you can add a Treatment by tapping + in the top right corner and selecting one of the Treatments, for example Custom. If the Custom treatment is not defined, tap the Edit icon to the right from Custom and in the popup window, type the Pulse Width (us) from 50 to 750, Frequency (Hz) from 1 to 50, Burst On and Burst Off (ms) from 100 to 10000, Treatment Time (min) from 10 to 90, Intensity from 1 to 10, and Polarity (select Monophasic or Biphasic). Tap Save to create the Custom treatment. Then tap on Custom to select it, which is reflected by the words Device1: Custom appearing the top bar. The selected treatment is automatically sent to the device and is saved for future use, so you don't need to repeat step 4 every time after turning on the device. Instead, go directly to the step 5 or 6.
Apply the treatment using the app: tap the Power button on the device image, it will turn green and the switch on the device display image will change from OFF to ON. Stop the treatment by tapping the Power button again, it will turn white again and the switch on the device display image will change from ON to OFF. Adjust the treatment amplitude by tapping - and + buttons on the device image.

Turn off the device by pressing and holding the Power button on the device (for about 3 seconds).
